I thought Misbun Sidek and Chong Wei has sad face. I mean look at that freaking Lin Dan. He muka so licik but not so sedih looking ma. He got that senyum sinis on his freaking face. Lin Dan I mean.

And then again, maybe it's cause Sidek and Chong Wei are very pressured since well, the score for the second round is seriously quite pathetic, not that I would blame Chong Wei. That Lin Dan guy is really scary.

At least Chong Wei looks less sad when he won other competition.

I would give credit for Chong Wei for winning the silver although he sucked badly in the finals. Lots of mistake made but hey, I cannot play like that, I'll probably look as blue as his energy drink even before finish playing. Out of breath. XD

So WAY TO GO CHONG WEI!!!! =) I'm on a holiday mood. Happy.

Penang people really siao

I was caught in the jam just now. I was thinking what la? Got what celebration is it. Or got accident is it? Why so jam?

Guan lai is petrol day. These people, over 100 vehicles in fact maybe more, are lining up to pump petrol.

For goodness sake, the amount of petrol lost for nothing is more wasting than to pump tomorrow lor. You wait wait wait there, later your turn comes and it's already 12a.m, congratulation la. Petrol wasted due to jam, some more kena pay RM0.80 more.

I've been watching television, listening to news and such. There are many artiste out there who either sings, compose or involve in producing songs for the Si Chuan victims. Among the songs I've heard are those from H.I.M International (involving S.H.E., Tank, Fahrenheit and Xing Guang Bang), Malaysian singers (988's project), JJ Lin, Jackie Chan, Hong Kong artiste (the Beyond's song altered by Andy Lau), a song by Fan Fan, Claire and Angela, Huang Yi Da, JTeam (Jack Neo). Is there any I missed?

Anyway, I'll try to post up all their videos if I can find them in Youtube.

Singing Competition is no longer the same

Last time you win means you get contract or money to produce your album. I was just reading the Star and this girl who won AF6 won a four room bungalow of RM550, 000 and a car. Some more imported car. What the.

Eh, if you can sing, go join. Sekali settle your maybe 10 years worries of getting a big house and big car. Seriously. If you can sing la. I don't know singing competition offers such wonderful prizes. Eh, not easy to buy a house kay??? We had to wait 20 years to get a house 3 times cheaper than that leh.

This Stacy or whatsoever is really lucky. How come Daniel won time nothing? On the side note, this year Kay who won Project Superstar is less lucky lor. Henley is the luckiest till now cause when he won, he won cash, a holiday trip, a contract and a handphone. John (PSS1) and Kay(PSS3) only won cash and contract nia. Lucky Henley.

Scare over 'coated' snacks


CONSUMERS' demand for crispy snacks like goreng pisang and keledek has allegedly caused hawkers in Johor Baru to literally coat fried snacks with plastic, creating a health scare.

Emails are said to have been sent out warning people to keep away from consuming extra crispy fried snacks or even chicken.The emails tell how some hawkers had allegedly been seen adding plastic straws and bottles into boiling oil before frying their snacks.

The snacks thus produced would remain crispy for several hours, the emails said.A factory worker, Rauf Hamdan, 24, claimed he actually saw a goreng pisang seller in the city throwing a plastic bottle into boiling oil, causing the bottle to melt.

"When I asked the hawker about it, he just matter-of-factly said his customers had not complained of any health hazards from eating his goreng pisang."He also said this 'recipe' was now popular among many hawkers like him."

Rauf said it was shocking that sellers of fried snacks were not bothered about the possible health hazards to their consumers.Plastic bottles are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) which can cause various forms of cancer and birth deformities, if eaten.
I hope the ikan bilis they talking is not this one!!! I ate so much okay???? T.T I secretly loves plastic!!! AND I DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT!!!

I know of the fried shallots but I never come to understand how they did it. I used to think they somehow stuff the raw shallots in straws and fry them. Lol, damn silly la I know. But, so geli. So smelly you know if you burn plastic. How can they throw in plastic bottles into the oil and cook with our favourite food??

I respect those teachers who covers for their students or those parents who shielded their kids so that their kids live on. I don't know if I can ever have the courage to do those things. And according to my sis, when the kids were afraid, their teacher taught them to sing Tong Hua by Guang Liang. And when Guang Liang found out, he cried. I think Elaine was not a professional emcee lor. She show her dissatisfaction on the stage. Although syok la we see she like beh syok Cindy, but seriously, not professional la. Being so sarcastic on the stage, perli Cindy's father and stuff. That one leave for us, the not professional mia do can already. The one on stage, at least la, be professional a bit. I can understand why Cindy angry of Elaine also la. Elaine obviously like Hanis very much lor. If it's not sms contest, Hanis will win lor.

Hanis is bitchy la, Cindy not bitchy

Walao, I got one comment on the previous post saying how Hanis sounded so bitchy when she said "bapak dia kaya". If so, there's 1000 more other people out there who are bitchy cause they are saying Cindy won cause her dad is rich.

I don't know how Hanis can appear bitchy when she is put alongside with Cindy. I have not heard Hanis calling people "yang hitam tu" (sounds as rude as in du poh). And seriously, if the production team memang wants Cindy to be the bad one, well, they did a good job. And I don't care about Cindy is not that bitchy in person and stuff cause I don't know her and I don't care. I don't like her means I don't like her.

Nadia was also "pai seong toi" (put up front) to be a bitch but somehow, Cindy did it better. She can make people hate her inside out. It's not about how she schemes with her dad to win. It's every single thing she did. I just grow dislike for her and seriously, macam she never at wrong. She did tone down but ai-ya no use one. Sudah leave bad impression. Even Elaine prefer Hanis win. There must be something right? I think Cindy cannot hold up the MDG title well cause she is really tak ada model quality. My god, she walks like a duck, she is not even pretty on camera. Tell me, what is she good at? We've seen it all throughout the competition. I can only remember one picture of her, the Wella one. T.T

Besides, she should be ready to be criticized when she join competition like this. So, I can write whatever I want. I can agree on one thing though, the dad is super smart. He pays RM15k and win back almost 10 times the money. Really ada planning la.

To Anonymous: About Adeline winning and stuff, so you think Adeline and Cindy has the potential and not the back up? You are not watching the show huh?

MDG 2008 is....

Tey Cindy. No eyes see. I actually voted for Hanis la. But haiz, Hanis 3rd. I tell you, I don't even have the mood to talk about her because CINDY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE MALAYSIAN DREAMGIRL CAUSE NO ONE DREAMS TO BE LIKE HER!!!!

Why I think MDG sucks?
1. The title and the main objective is so freaking salah. MDG is what girls want. What the girls in Malaysia want to be like and thus, who they like. Right? But this MDG is to find model. T.T

2. MDG which is a model searching competition that practices voting system. Why the hell you need people to vote when you are looking for a model? To be a model, you need quality, you need to be able to capture people's attention, especially the client with your talent, not the money your father has.

3. There's no judges' choice. All on voting system which is super salah because we need professionals to choose the best. All the good ones left and Cindy won because she is freaking RICH! You think everyone has the priviledge to spend like drinking water and not feel a thing? And her fan base is her family. How sad? I think 'I want to be model' by 8tv is far better.

4. Cindy take sucky pictures, walks like a duck and she is now a model. With a car she doesn't even need cause her dad can buy her that car if he did not vote. Seriously, I am not satisfied with the results. At least there should be half half, half judges, half voting. Then it's fair.

MDG should not have a season two because if you are talented, don't bother going there unless you are super rich cause you can't expect people to vote RM1 for you per vote every week. If they are your family then it's different. So don't waste your time.

I don't like the results and I hate Cindy. Enough said. Voting system to find a model is super dumb.


ps: Cindy's dad won la. The rest gained fans and recognition, Cindy gains fame and got to be a model, the father? Gained lots of "air" cause he won the battle. Of course he gained satisfaction and he is proud of his daughter but let's not forget this, he also lost lots of money. Maybe even more than RM20, 000 and RM100 ,000 combined.

Hanis will get contract from Andrew Agency kut, since he like her. Adeline, her "tai lou" power also la. =P She looks like a tai ka che in some pictures. Ha-ha

The news I got is very reliable because this guy took picture with Cindy and she was holding the car key. Timothy Tiah blogged about it too. So...Reality show really cannot watch one. Luckily I did not watch Project Superstar.

Hanis the manis still bermacam-macam. Macam so cantik, macam so elegant la. Macam doll la. But I like her best. I voted once. To get me to vote, it's not that easy la. I used to vote for Malaysian Idol and Project Superstar but they only get one vote each. Except for Daniel cause my mum wants to vote. I don't really bother to vote but I don't want Cindy win. T.T So sad.

Malaysian Dream Girl Episode 16

Cindy did all those activities in the challenge in her class before already la. She did the animal one, she did the mini acting and what? She didn't win? Shouldn't lo hor? -.-" The truth is, she did not win la. And she has done it before. Double sia sui. Adeline won because the professional thinks she should. You did not win cause you are not as good as Adeline. As simple as that.


You go around telling people you are not the problem in the house when you can say such thing about another person on camera. Ya, you speak what you think and that's you, very straightfoward, my ass. You are just jealous cause you did not win even with you super ang mo accent and her Ah Lian English won. Damn beh tahan Cindy lor. Before this she toned down, then she has to open her big big mouth and say things like that.


And since she did not want to be a runway model then ok la, don't let her win la. She want fame nia la. And no, only your dad as siao as you who wants fame like you. Walao, everytime I think of Cindy, I will feel like voting for Hanis lor.

MDG top 3

SPOILERS AHEAD!




I knew the result before I watch the clip because I was at office yesterday afternoon and PinkPau posted it up. I couldn't stop myself from clicking in, reading and started bising-bising. What? Cindy in meh? Walao Jay and Nadia kena tendang and that continues for the next 30 minutes with my cousin looking at me. O.o

The top 3 Malaysian Dream Girl.

Not my ideal top 3 but aiya, since when did reality show really what you want? I've seen enough Project Superstar to know this. I even stopped watching Project Superstar.

Anyway, 3 of them left in the show and yes, the three did pretty good job (in my opinion) the last photo shoot which makes them rather ngam to be in the top 3. I do think Jay and Nadia should be in the top 3 cause Jay seems more professional and Nadia seems to want it very much. Ringo got voted out but I think she is better off as a blogger. She can do commercials here and there but not as a professional model. It's not just about her height, she is not ready yet.


Now it's no longer the battle of talent but the battle of sms votes. I might throw in a vote or two to Hanis this week you know? I did not vote at all the entire show. I was merely a viewer but I might vote for Hanis. I don't know but I think Cindy's father has too much power. And Cindy is quite greedy lor. I remember in one of the episodes, she told her father she don't care, as long as she gets to top 6.

Then when she is in top 6, she feels that if she got voted out very tak berbaloi. Like that she can continue until she win la. -.-" Should be contented lor. No doubt everyone joined that to win but you like this tak cantik ma. Keep changing your mind. And hor, if it's not voting system, she'll be out even before she can make everyone begins to hate her. She has not much quality in her and she is kind of problematic la. She thinks too much and evaluate too much of what people say. Both Cindy and her dad is not someone we can mess around with. Can call lawyer to sue the company some more.

Adeline got a boss supporting her. Ha-ha. Don't know it's her father ka? But she call him boss. Datin Hanis. I vote for you!!!! In my opinion, to have Malaysian Dream Girl's result depending on voters are super wrong because they are supposed to be models. If they are singer then yes, they need supporters. But they are models. They need quality. Not supporters! If Hanis was out and Nadia was in top 3, I'll probably skip the whole finale. Seriously. Nothing left to watch. Thank god Elaine Daly and Kenny Sia was in the previous few episodes. Else, betul betul waste money hiring them.

Malaysian Dream Girls Episode 14

Now that the ones I like are gone, I am glad Jay stays. When my sister told me that Jay is leaving, I was shocked for a while but accepted it in the next minute cause somehow I thought, we can never predict the results huh?

Anyway, she then told me Jay is safe. We suspect that Jay should have been voted out but the producers think that if Jay is gone, perhaps the show will not be as exciting cause obviously talents left in the show are almost none.

I proceeded to watch episode 14 which I think is good. I mean at least their pictures are better because of the background. =P Not like I specially like any of them but I think the gowns are gorgeous and the background definitely made me focus less on them. And not get sick of looking at their pictures.

I love this dress. I love her spin but I don't quite like her facial expression. Looks like somebody is going to cry soon or something. Don't merajuk la. I really think the graphic design students did pretty good job though. It made me think the dress is far nicer and man, while typing thing, I feel good cause I can see the gown without seeing her face. How perfect?

Despite her facial expression, I'll give her a thumbs up for doing that spin.

I think Cindy actually looks good here. Or was it the graphic design again? I think she looks better here because she doesn't look sleepy like she did in the two previous photoshoot which I thought was awful. Love the gown too. =) She speaks less now. Now it's the Nadia drama.

I don't think she nail it. She looked good on the video but not on the picture. She actually had a pretty gown on her but the facial expression was, I don't know. Don't like it at all. She should close her mouth.

Okay, it's a little disappointing cause Jay did not nail this. In fact, this is far from good. Her mouth. It's always her mouth. She should really really learn to close her mouth. I hope her family members stumble upon any of the bloggers who thinks Jay should close her mouth and tell her that.

Nadia, this is not good. You can't exactly see her leg lifting from the ground, tip-toe, maybe. The flowery part of the dress is not seen in the picture. Must be because her gown is the less flowy type.Worst of all,

her expression. When you take a picture where you have to jump, eventually your face is different huh? I don't like this picture cause of the face. You see. The mouth like this. -.-"

Ringo was as usual, normal. But for a lady weighing at 40kg, she got assets over there. She made Nadia's seem so small. =P I think the flying effect of the dress is good though.

I am glad this batch of pictures is better than the ones for Wella and Savanh Too. Was having nightmare after that. Just kidding.

And talking about their speaking English, Nadia too has an accent. And Cindy, still the same. I like the part when Ringo say pak chek mak chek, yi ma ku che though. And to say Adeline has bad command of English, you guys surely have not heard the male fashion designer's. =P They should look good together huh?

ps: Where the heck are the judges? In ANTM, we always see either one of the judges with them to look at their performance on the set. In MDG, all I see is Sazzy, Sazzy and more Sazzy. Might as well just ask her to be the judge. She is the one announcing the one got voted out, she is the one who's there to show them how to pose (most of the time) , she's the one who go to meet big shots with them. It's always Sazzy. Then why they even need the 3 other judges for? To create job opportunity ar? The judges ended up being their mentor only.

I like Melissa Maureen la. So sweet la she. And about the commercial challenge,

Jay looks funny with her sunglass because it's so dark and yet she was wearing a sunglass. And it's the very dark sunglasses and she looked like she was blind or something. Not her fault. Adeline looked silly also

Nadia, one word, cheh su (problematic). We viewers do not know what happen on the set, but somehow, the way they talk about the matter are always so wrong, we ended up misunderstand them. And like it's our fault. -.- Cry some more. I did not even notice the part Ringo pass Nadia the perfume on the advertisement lor.

Not much bout Cindy and Hanis though.

Man, Ringo's body damn hot. I mean, small and big at the correct places respectively. =P

Surprisingly, they do not look that silly on the ad. I mean Jay and Adeline. They looked silly on the shoot though. Adeline looked a bit sesat but okay la, she can dance also. Heh, I think Cindy's face was too near to the camera lor.

Redressing the veil

Well, growing up attending a national school, mixing around with Malays and Indians has never been a problem to me. I've got good pals of both races and they are great people. I remember I used to complain that I can never really recognize the Malays and Indians because for Malays, they look alike when they wear their tudung and Indians look alike because they have the same length of hair (most) and their skin tone I guess. Plus I suck at remembering people. I am not trying to be racist but seriously, we, chinese got damn fair like snow people, the normal skin color girls, the tan girls and the super dark girls.

Anyway, that was what I thought of tudung. It makes people look alike, enchance the round-ness of one's face and is super duper duper hot. Well, I've never worn a tudung before but baju kurung makes me want to rip of the skirt. For the weather in Malaysia, I cannot stand wearing baju kurung in school.

There's this event held in my St. George's Girls' School, opposite Disted and all they need us to do is to wear the tudung and then tell them how we, the non-Muslims feel after wearing it. I used to like Adeline la. Despite her not-so-fluent English. But the more I look at her, she looks normal. I can get tons girls like this at shopping mall. So are Cindy and Ringo, sorry. They look pretty normal to me lor. I think I prefer a girl with character and not just the pretty, sexy and cute girls. I used to think Jean is good, Valerie will go far, Alison is kind of beautiful, Eyna is pretty cool and Fiqa is like a friend of mine. Mana tau, all have to leave. T.T

Ever heard of Sufiah Yusof? Neh, that maths genius who got into Oxford at the age of 13. I've always believe that kids should not grow up that fast. There are few cases where these kids grow up too fast, they die at young age. I heard of these geniuses who die early all the time but I've never heard of one who finally decided to be total opposite of what she was, and turned into an escort.

According to her, she is an escort but everyone else says she is a prostitute. To be honest, I think it's better to be a prostitute/escort in London than in Malaysia lor. Malaysians face all so rusty one. Besides, read this phrase by her.

O.o I am 20 and I don't even know if I'll ever get an offer to local uni. Siao is it, 6 years old take A-Level Maths. I 6 years old time still go kindy, still mix my own money with the fun fair money okay? At the age of 7 until 12, the only sport games I joined on Sports Day was the Novelti which was a compulsory for all students who were not involved in any other games.

I guess this is the price to pay.

Me: Ok. *walks to the window, closes all the windows and doors**walks to the sofa, sit down, turn tv on*

Mum: OI!! AIR COND NOT YET ON LA!!

Me: Hee. No wonder la, lagi hot that just now.

I am boycotting mass media

I was reading Yu Jean's blog then I read 5xMom's blog. Although I super chicken, dare not blog about political issues but I think I will boycott mass media on the 1st of April. Show them that we are not fools on April fool day!!!!

I watch Astro one, boycott local channel is like no problem at all.In fact, macam not boycott, like a normal thing I do. And then I listen to CDs and my car no radio, boycott radio, even easier.

And finally, I started reading newspaper because I wanted to know when was STPM results coming out and then politics came in and make a mess. Until today, they keep talking about how they don't like this, don't approve that. Waste money only. Report something better like what are they going to do with Sharlinie's case and maybe show us some positive changes instead of the normal, mundane I TAK SETUJU stories. Can we start our lives now instead of talking about kisah lama a.k.a the election?

I went to Northam Tower today with my sister to get something done. The court has moved there for now as the white building near esplanade is still under renovation. They have like more than 10 workers. 3 or 4 of them was sitting around chit chatting, of work or not, I don't know.

Anyway, another 6 was in front of their computer. So rajin right??? WRONG!! I accidentally saw one concetrating on her work game. I am sure it is a game cause I played that myself. And I did not peep, I was standing right there and their computer was there, showing itself to me. What can I do? Close my eyes? Siao. Anyway, this is pengangguran tersembunyi!!! My Econs not bad la hor? =P

Protest at Komtar, Penang

Dad called up in the morning to ask us to stay in today. He told me there's protest or something in town and asked me and my sister not to go anywhere. Then my eldest sister called and asked us to stay in. I was very curious but I dare not blog about it because we have been warned not to spread rumors of any riot whatsoever.

As I wasn't sure, I dare not blog about it. Entah-entah it's not true and thus made it a rumor, spread by me and I have to be sent to lokap? After reading Ai Ling's blog, it is true afterall. Apparently some 500 Umno members and supporters was protesting outside the Penang state government office in Komtar this afternoon.

I went on reading 5XMom's blog and according to her blog, these UMNO people are protesting because they feel there are not enough Malay Excos in the Penang State Exco line-up. Oh politics. I thought it was over on the 9th March. -.-" Bet there's more for us to see in future. For the next 5 years. And it will continue if the result is like what we have this year.
