Never look back

Been a long time since I last updated with any pictures at all despite having quite a lot of things happening in my life. I am less an anti-social now compared to my first year and I can finally say I do quite enjoy USM. And I've only got 3 years so really, if I'm going to hate it for this 3 years, I will never get the chance to re-experience it when I finally miss them. That aside.

The title of the blog post is actually for the new me with colored contacts. I've contemplated for quite a long time before I decide to get myself colored contacts. Also because Master Yoda threw away my contact lense by mistake so I kinda get to er, claim two boxes of colored contacts. HAHAHA Adequate and more than sufficient consideration (some law stuff).

I think for those who had colored contact lense, you'll never look back. Seriously, colored contacts make your eyes bigger *yay* and more lively.

And once you learnt how to put on make-up, I think it's hard to look back. Putting on make-up to me is a luxury la. I don't do it on daily basis because I'm too lazy and Ping Ping is almost blind without specs. With contacts, she's half blind. I took pride in my camwhore skills ok? So it's ok if people say I sometimes don't look like me in the picture.

It takes lots of practise, patience and skills to be able to look somewhat different in pictures. It's all about the angle, which angle is your best angle. I enjoy dressing up and putting on make-up because it's just so fun to do it. But it's so hard to do it in uni because I walk a lot so I need my sport shoe and you can hardly dress up with bulky sport shoe. Then it's so hot so everything melt, including you. And as I've said, I'm blind without specs and half-blind with contacts so wearing contacts to class is not an option because I need to see well in class.

Crap I'm such a boring person already. T____T Like I always am. Anyway, exam is ending in another 8 days with 5 papers to fight through. I've been studying hard, sleeping late and being a student. Mummy will be proud. Except that I slept in the library, on top of a pile of dictionaries, carefully stacked up to form my 'pillow'

See? I can't even bear to call it by a proper name. Hah, just kidding. As much as I don't like coming back, I have to admit, there's occasionally fond memories. Wei Wei, hold your tongue thankyouverymuch.

I'm back, with assignments I did not do during holidays, story books I never got around to finish reading (i really should finish them) and much more. I can't say I totally hate this place because I know Him better here and I believe I am placed here for a reason, a reason only He knows while it's for me to find out.

Pictures from Emmoes outing. If you noticed, I stopped writing outing post or food post and I rarely upload pictures now. I guess because I've uploaded them in Facebook and anyone who would want to see my pictures are my friends thus in my Facebook so there's no such need to blog about it anymore.

Bad I know but sigh, what to do? Anyways, we are all grown ups now. If you notice, even June has grown out of her specs and every one, I think there's a need to stress this. EVERYONE is with make-up now. =)) And everyone looks so good with make-up (although we looked ok without make-up). We can now exchange make-up tips. *beams*

Love you girls. It's amazing how after 4 years, despite studying in different courses, different places, we can still go to malls, hang out, eat, play games, camwhore like we used to back when we were 17. It's amazing how the things we talk about are still the same, we can still laugh over the same thing and we've not grown apart, not one bit. Instead I believe we are much closer now compared to when we were younger. Please, keep it this way.

Me camera pro?

My sister pinjamed Canon D450 from her friend to play play a bit and to see if she knows and likes to use it before considering whether she should buy it.

After trying it, it's not THAT bad la.

HAHA. That's me posing with the camera. Then when we finish taking these shot, I asked her, eh, I no remove the cover meh? She answered Yes! T_T Don't even bother to remind me one lor.

As usual, I am the only one layan-ing her since we are room mates. Seriously, I am usually the only one layan-ing her with all her karenah (pattern) HA-HA. Pattern!!! So cina. It means I'm the only one who layan her nonsense la.

Do we look like sisters enough for you??? No one believes it when we tell them we are sisters. Even worst when we tell them I am the younger one. You should see their eyes. So huge, it might pop out. Serious. So yes, we are sisters and I am the younger one(although according to some metabolic age I am SO MUCH OLDER).

Oh I love my sisters.

Diet? Never happens in my family

Just as I was happily weighing myself and found out that I lost another kg after so many months of not losing it anymore since I am used to USM life, mummy feed me with a lot of food again!!!!!! Nevermind la. =P

Every week when I am back, mummy will cook lots of very good food like bak kut teh, chicken rice, chicken/pork porridge *which is my fav* and this week we are having??? Mini steamboat and fried beehoon!!!! Oh, and every week we will get to drink tong sui or at least barley. I love!!!! =)) I love me mummy.

For my mum to cook, it's actually quite a big deal cause my mum don't usually cook when we were young since she was always busy working to feed us. So my sis will take over the job as the cook. I am so happy I get to eat mummy's cooking now cause I don't know, it just feels good and I don't have to go out and buy. =P

=) One picture to feed my blog since I stopped having interesting things to blog about already. =) I wish I can do the Project 365 since Pao said her blog UV is increasing steadily. Bad USM connection.

I was sitting alone in my room and I remembered what one of my friend told me while sending me back to my uni after some settling some stuff. He said, "Sometimes it's the people around us that bring us down. Somehow, they'll say things that will crush your confidence and beliefs. They'll tell you that you cannot do it and we unconciously let them brainwash us and bring us down although we know that in our hearts, the one who really matters it's Him and what He thinks. If we believe what we are doing is for the glory of God, then ignore what they say."

I was speechless when he said that cause I am not those who are like very pure and has lots of feel towards things like this but yesterday, it just struck me there and then.

And today was another full day of acknowledgement from Him. I've heard Him loud and clear through everyone around me today. I mean if one person is to say that, it might be coincidence. Today, I've heard more than 10 people saying that exact same thing to me. Thank you Lord, my God. I know that what I am doing now is right and it's to glorify you. I'll learn better and I'll grow stronger in you.

Umbrella Day

I cannot do the 365 Project cause my larling, the USMhotspot who is very cranky and has PMS more than I do, do not agree with it. Unless I do 52 project lor. (Weekly lol) Anyways, I was browsing through my folder of insanely large amount of photos and decided to blog about?

Ze umblella. When we went to KL last holiday, we bought an umbrella each because it was always raining in KL. But after we bought it, the rain kinda stopped. -.-" We were to buy a small folded one but because there's not much color, we opt for the long umbrella. It was both a good and a bad choice. Good because we felt pretty with the milky colors and bad because IT WAS SO DIFFICULT AND AUNTY-ISH TO CARRY IT AROUND.

And since we took SoOoOo many pictures with our umblela. We got serious face mia pose also okay? But I don't know can see or not. Like very tiny.
