I am disappointed

When I don't like something, I will complain about it a lot. Some will find it irritating but who cares? I want to spill my feelings here.

I will not complain about the lame tortoise and whale. I went to one of the public phone which they install them earlier to check it out. And IT WAS NOT WORKING. No dail-tone. What's the use of having a public phone with no dail tone? Anyway, then I remembered something, they painted our canteen blue. I know I am very fussy if I were to pick on the colors but for God's sake. For the past what? 100 years? I think red and pink had been our color. The color we are proud of and then ta-da, blue canteen for you. I think few years back. About 3 years or 4 years back, they just painted the canteen and renovated it. And now? Repaint it. Wasting of money? You tell me. No wonder they are asking for donations again. My class is giving RM21 or maybe RM20.50 to represent our whole class. Each donate 50 cents. If they were to do more benifitial things for the students, I am sure we won't mind donating more. But whenever I see the tortoise and the whale, I feel like taking back my 50cents.

Besides that two thing, another thing I realized is that they have this reflexology garden. Luckily it is a small one. If not, WHAT IS THAT DOING IN OUR SCHOOL? Like la we very free, every day go take off our shoe and walk there. These people, don't know what they thinking also.

I am a little disappointed.

Well, not to say I complain about my school because I got demerit for getting to school late. I am not that horrible yet. I will try to be early because I don't want to get kerja amal. Anyway, I am rather disappointed with the school. =( After 7 whole years studying here, I finally felt disappointed enough to talk about this.

After all those hard work trying to collect funds and things, you build that whale and tortoise? What for? We are a so-called elite school. We don't need whales and tortoise in our school. At least not black ones. We are not some kindergarten or some lame park. WE ARE SGGS!

Besides, what is the connection between whales and tortoises? At least put something like tortoise and rabbits. Then it might help the students to think of Tuk Kura and help them to score in their sastera. Or put something like Sang Kancil. It will probably help students to think of Sejarah or something. And why on earth we need it in the first place? Is seems so out of place. It is now blocking my used-to-be route to the tunnel. The black tortoise. =( I just don't get it. I understand that we need more phones, it is alright to build a proper stage at the laman ko-op rather than having the usual wooden stage, I understand the flooring for Laman Ilmu although I don't think it is necessary and I seriously think it is alright to put the water machine, definitely benefiting the students and teacher, BUT WHAT IS THAT WHALE AND TORTOISE DOING??? I die die also must take picture with the whale and tortoise before I leave. I actually contribute one tiny part. Perhaps the tortoise's little toe or one tiny part on the whale's tail.

What makes me real angry is that they cannot install fan in our class and our request got rejected again and again and the next thing you know, ta-da, the whale and tortoise is all done and black. Our class? Still remains as hot as it was since the very first time I walked into it. I really don't think the whale and tortoise is helping the students in any way because during the process of doing that big thing, we got torture with people smoking and throwing the butts everywhere. Dah-lah become second hand smoker, got pollution, pay for it some more and they paint that tortoise black! Okay fine, grey. But still!!!

I am just plain curious about the whale and tortoise, please, if you know, what does the tortoise and whales symbolizes? What are they for? Tell me. Please. =(

You are a successful singer when...

another famous singer from another country puts your song in his blog. Although I am not a big fan of Gary Cao, I like his songs. Especially "Bei Pan" (Betray). When I was reading through Jiro's blog, a member of Fahrenheit from Taiwan, a group that is now very famous in Taiwan, I realized that the song keep repeating. I thought it was my own player but I've stopped it. It was then I know that Jiro put Gary's song on his blog. Now think of this. Jiro is famous himself, he acknowledge Gary's song, loved his songs and even played them on his blog. How cool is that?

Although you might say that perhaps Gary's song was in that list and Fahrenheit's wasn't. Who cares? He chose Gary's song out of so many other songs. Besides, I do think that Gary's song is nice, especially the one being played on Jiro's blog. Oh Jiro likes to listen to such song too. Good good. =P

On another note, Daniel finally released his 2nd album today. I am of course not there to witness it but yes, I do feel the excitement just like when he first release his album back in 2005. Lol, some might say, "You excited what la? He is related to you also. Besides, can stop talking about Daniel or not? Boring leh." I can now shout at your face, " I SYOK!!!" Why do we have to live according to what people like? Can't we have something we like and be proud to talk about it? I mean friends are supposed to be there and listen right? I just don't like it when people say that to me. No respect to me whatsoever.

Anyway, it is a happy day and certainly a day to remember. This is because Daniel released his album, I got a demerit for being late for school the 4th time, and I GOT RM100!!! I kind of applied for some scholarship or something and I got one today. RM100 from The Lian Hua Education Fund. OH I LOVE THEM! =) Enough ramblings today.

Time flies

I remember at this time of the year back in 2005, I was also busy looking for luncheon clothing. Or was it earlier. But still, the same situation. I forgot about it until people started saying how they got theirs and I suddenly remembered that I have not gotten mine and go all over the cupboard looking for one decent one. And at this moment, the savior comes out and ta-da, my sister will always get a good one for me and I don't have to worry anymore. But please, no make up this year, I am not good with it.

Anyway, time flies. Time used to creep so slowly back then probably because we have been in SGGS for all I can remember and the days to leave it was so so so far to me. However, having to leave it 2 years back for 6 months, I dreaded the feeling of leaving it again. Not that I am in love with the ants at our field or the toilet but I will definitely miss the time spent with my friends, my buddies. I am sure with my attitude, bad temper and horrible habit of talking non-stop, I can at any time drive someone crazy and thus, having to able to find friends who can put up with me is a blessing. I thank God for giving me friends who can make me feel important, loved and best of all, wanted. All of a sudden, I feel like singing the song 'Lao Po' by S.H.E and dedicate to them. Ok, I am sure S.H.E have stronger bond among themselves but still, I really am blessed to have them.

Anyway, talking about time flies again, so fast, I am going to sit for my STPM already. It was as though I have just finished sitting for SPM and I do not enjoy the thoughts of sitting for STPM. Enjoy it or not, I think I got no choice. 2005 was a great year which ended rather sadly while in 2006, I had a horrible start. I think worst way to start a year and to face it in the first 3 months of the year but coming in to SGGS, I realize it was the best choice I have made so far in my life. Although I hated the whole idea of STPM, I loved the experience I had here, the company-bentengs, the atmosphere, I couldn't ask for more. Unlike Shan, I never thought of how my life would be if I did not choose to take up Form Six. This is because, I think deep down inside, I never really thought of not entering Form Six. But really, after listening to her, I know, I made the right choice. I learnt to be more hardworking, something I doubt I will adapt if I am to choose college instead. College seems more relaxed and less tensed. Besides, I doubt I get the chance to meet these wonderful people whom I once thought are scary and dare not mix with, Shan and Cheng Ling.

It is always good to count our blessings. Actually, there's nothing in Form Six that I can really complain about. I don't think I will enjoy the life of being in a college because I will have lost lots of hair due to stress for what to wear, I won't be able to enjoy and have low self-esteem because I just can't study with guys. At least not in the same class. This is now a problem for me because I will step into University if I am lucky enough and I have to start to adapt. How I wish I will get my great friends to go with me. But after the KL trip, I have to admit, I love Penang and I doubt I will enjoy leaving it. Going to KL for 4 days and 3 nights, despite having great companies, lots of activities and all, the moment I got into the bus to go back to Penang, I felt so happy and so excited. As though I never been to Penang. I missed my sister and mum so much, I don't think I can ever ever live without them. I don't know why but each day without them, I felt empty and I will definitely enjoy more with them. Hah, calling me a spoilt brat? Like I care.

Time flies and now, it is already June. Whatever that has passed has long passed and I guess it does feel good to be able to let go and see the beautiful world again. I woke myself up from despair and told myself that life has so much to offer, I shouldn't waste it by being gloomy. Two weeks of holiday passed just like that. I can't believe I did not put my two weeks of holiday to good use. Where are all those 'Trial is in 80 days time, STUDY!' mood go? Lol, even my study partners go on hibernation or something. I don't seem to be able to meet up with them to study. No more holidays ya? This Wednesday onwards back to library life. I miss my library friends already. The one who always go. The one we always see there. =P I actually got back the youtube fever and was on youtube marathon for 4 days in a row. Before that, I was on drama marathon and actually between the youtube marathon, drama marathon did not stop. It just go in between whenever I need to wait for the youtube to load or something. I AM SICK. Lol. I even got huge eye bags from it as a token of appreciation I think. Huge eye bags for sleeping at 3a.m or at times 4a.m. =P

Anyway, as I've said that I will post up pictures of Yu Zhe and the other cast of Hana Kimi which I think is by far the best and is equally good as Wang Zi Bian Qing Wa. Lots of reading spoil eyes. Let's pamper our eyes with eye candies now. =)

Danson Tang. 22 this year I think. Or 23.

So handsome. I intended to put more of Wu Zun since I began to like him in this show. But sorry, I just can't stop myself from putting Yu Zhe's picture.

Yu Zhe with the necklace he always wear. Even in shows. I saw him with that necklace in Summer x Summer. Cute guy.

The cast in Hana Kimi. The one in yellow is Jiro, blue- Wu Zun, white- Ella, light purple- Yang Yang *don't know his real name*, black- Da Shu *don't know his real name either* and that two best friends. The one in orange is the magician who turns 10 ringgit into 70 ringgit. The one in purple his friend, I can't remember the name. Is it Ri Hui? I not sure. =P

I love this picture because Ella looks gorgeous here. Wu Zun, well, he was never ugly, was he? Probably when he was having long hair. He looks better with short hair. =P

My List final update

Since I started it, I should end it too right?? I know I did not update it for the 2nd update and things. But I am now doing the last update. Through this list, I managed to come across many nice blogs to read and seriously, I got hooked in few blogs. Just couldn't help but to return for more postings. Anyway, below is the new list. I think I can go blog hopping again. =)

The Parking Ticket

To Penangites, I am sure you guys know about the booth where it is like the main booth which will allow you to pay any parking fares that you failed to pay because the parking attendant go minum kopi or something and you couldn't find him? The one situated in front of an old folks home at Batu Lancang there. Somewhere near the Lam Wah Ee Hospital. If you know where it is already, it has been taken down already. They already 'robohkan' that little booth and now the only way you can pay your parking tickets is to go all the way to Komtar to pay. I think the place where you pay your summon if you ever got one. Don't lie, don't lie. Don't act innocent. I am sure many drivers got summons. It plays an important role in securing the government's income I think. =P

Anyway, my aunt was complaining how inconvenient it is to pay in Komtar because Komtar has very limited parking spaces. She went to pay her parking tickets just now and she asked the lady there whether there's any other way she can pay easily. Malaysia memang boleh one. She said yes.

L- Lady (not Lau Ee)
A- Aunt (mine)
P- Ping Ping aka me
_______________________________________________________________
A: Ini maciam bayar parking ticket susah lo.
L: Ya kah? Tapi itu booth sudah dirobohkan. Semua pindah sini.
A: Tak boleh bayar tempat lain kah? Susah la mari sini.
L: Boleh. You boleh bayar melalui pos.
A: Macam mana? *looking interested*
L: You boleh pos parking ticket you dengan 30 sen kepada alamat ini. *points* Kemudian mereka akan hantar balik resit.
A: Ooo. Ini lebih senang hor?

*The story is rekaan semata-mata. I was not there but according to what my aunt told me and according to my 19 almost 20 years of experience being around my aunt. I suppose that's how the conversation went. Probably more horrible than what I wrote.*

A: I tell you la. *bla bla bla repeats the whole story.*
P: *smacks forehead* Eh, easy easy go pay at Komtar la. Do so many things just to pay that Rm0.30.
A: But then Komtar some more have to find parking. Some more have to walk up the stairs.
P: Let me tell you the process of the two methods then you tell me which one easier.
By Komtar counter
1. Drives to Komtar
2. Find parking space.
3. Walk up that stairs
4. Pay the bill.
*Pay maybe 80 cents for parking if you walk fast enough and settle within 30 minutes
* Risk : Leg lenguh cause walk up the stairs
Total cost: RM1.50 for fuel, RM0.80 for parking, RM0.30 for that parking ticket

By post
1. Go post office. Buy stamps *sure everytime must buy new one because she always forgets where she keep things*
2. Buy money order as well. *Have to do this every time you want to pay* You can't possibly put in that 20 cent coin and 10 cent coin just like that right?
3. Put the parking ticket in the envelope, stick stamp, put in the money order.
4. Write address and strain your eyes
5. Drive to the nearest red box thingie and post everything.
*Aunties don't do the bayaran at the post office. Somehow they have to go back, take their envelope, slowly write down the address, stick the stamps, and post. My aunt is like that.*
**Risk: The postman lost your whole precious envelope and all your effort goes down the longkang. And then, comes the warning letter, have to do the process again. Suih-suih (malang-malang) kena summon for late payment.
*Total cost: Go post office- RM1.50 (sekali with the time when she want to post the envelope), Stamp-RM0.30, money order- RM0.30, Envelope: RM0.10, Pen ink sekali with the glue: RM0.10 per usage. And also the damage to your heart because you are worried of your RM0.30.
A: But then Komtar has to walk up the stairs leh.
=.=" is there nothing else that matters more than that damn stairs?

Then she told me something lagi smack forehead. She say if scared that the postman lose the receipt, can photocopy one to keep. Like this not add to the sampah at home, add to the money spent, add to the ma huan-ness, add to the total of tree kena potong? I don't care la. I cannot accept the fact that she is even thinking of paying that 30 cents parking ticket through posting. Very cannot la. (Chin cia beh la.) My tagline.

8tv Mall Tour - 17th December 2006

Yes I know. Long long long time ago already. I blogged about it before in my multiply okay? That time I only cared about my multiply because I got my good good friend, Diana blogging there. She always leave comments okay? Not like here, feels as though I am here alone, talking to myself. So scary. Anyway, I couldn't remember much about that day except that I met Jas Lyn there who was supporting Suki. =) And I got their signature. Love all of them. Kesh or Cash is really really handsome and very friendly.

No, after browsing through my multiply, I DON'T HAVE THEM IN THERE!!! So too bad la. I have to blog about it but I have no ideas. So how? No review? Straight to the pictures alright?

Suki. That one million ringgit baby.

Gary. The singer + actor + host.

Superstars 2006 playing games.

Rickman, the Ho Chak host, top 8 in Superstar 2006

More of that hottie, Rickman.

Winson, my favourite male contestant in Superstar 2006.

The Xiao Wang Zi before he became a Wang Zi.

Adorable like mad. Cutie.

Oh and some time before this thing, my second sis actually went to see Kenji Wu Ke Qun with me. I can't remember when but he was cute and very handsome. Very adorable and tanned guy. Love him since the Peach Girl show he acted with Vanness Wu. =)

Kenji and lovely (someone I know from forums.)
