We all know 14th February is Valentine's Day right? If you don't, you are either living in denial or WHERE THE HELL YOU CAME FROM??? Anyway, it is also the day that girls give handmade chocolates to guys to confess their love for the guy. I first come across that tradition in HanaKimi. This tradition is widely practised in Japan from which this drama took the comic storyline. Accepting the chocolates means you accept her love.
Anyway, then I found out that March the 14th, exactly one month from Valentine's Day is the White Day. If you can guess, well, it's the day where the guys give chocolates to the girls. If you like her, you give her chocolates in return of the chocolate she gave you one month earlier. And it is usually more expensive ones. Lol, kesian the guys.
So, that's the end of the chocolates give lai give ki.
But hor, out of nowhere, come out another day, April the 14th which is the coming one. If you are single, come and let's party lor cause it's called the Black Day. Black is opposite to white right? You don't celebrate white, you celebrate black la. It's a day where the singles go out and party. Come on, if you don't celebrate black, you'll never get to celebrate white because you don't meet up with other people who celebrates Black Day as well (read: SINGLES LA YOU MORON!!!) I heard of White Day and of course Valentine's Day but never heard of Black Day lor. So how, kawans, mau pergi lepak??
And much to my stim dipotong, I went to search for May the 14th. You see, got Feb 14th, March 14th, and April 14th right? What about May the 14th?
It says
May 14 is the 134th day of the year (135th in leap years) in the Gregorian calendar.
There are 231 days remaining until the end of the year.
